Resource25 and Room Scheduling

Here’s the “This is what I need to know” bullet points:

• Resource 25 is the official scheduling mechanism/calendar for all rooms on campus. If you are interested in scheduling ANY room on campus, including Killian 104, 218, 268 (computer labs), etc. you need to request it through Resource 25. You no longer need to directly contact the individual that schedules that room.
• Use the web viewer at: http://r25web.wcu.edu/wv3 This will let you look up the schedule for any room on campus and request to use it.
• Instructions on how to request a room are here
  
• Note that the person that schedules a room will still need to approve your request – they will do so through R25
• It is somewhat complicated at first, but quickly gets easier (trust me)
